Maintaining happy and healthy living environments for our resident isn’t just part of the Primrose Mission, it is what our staff members strive for during every shift of work. Primrose staff members are the reason that our residents are able to exclaim ‘THIS IS LIVING!’

Thank you to each and every one of you for all you do to care for the Primrose Residents!
My dad started at the Primrose in Anderson years ago. The staff was always great there. I was so relieved to know I could trust them and they were kind to me and my dad – even after many years. He has now moved over into the memory care facility of Primrose. The staff there has been great as well. I am so thankful knowing he is safe and taken care of, because I am a total worrier. Thank you to all of your staff for continued care!
Doug and I moved into Primrose in Kansas City, MO on May 30, 2019. Both staff and residents welcomed us immediately, and after just a few days, we felt like one big family. Everyone cared for and looked after the others. We were very impressed.
My biggest concerns were: 1) Would we be safe? 2) Apartment size – would I be able to use my furniture? 3) How much would I have to leave behind? 4) Would there be enough storage space?
Because of the generous size of our two bedroom, two bathroom apartment, we were able to bring all of our bedroom furniture and still have room for a chair. We were also able to bring our entire dining room and most of our living room furniture. The second bedroom accommodated our file cabinets, desk and bookcases.
Doug died in early 2020. I felt as though my world had ended; but the love and support from the staff and residents were unbelievable! Many had experienced the same loss and they were a great help.
The staff kept us safe during the Pandemic; I believe they are the reason so few of the residents were stricken with the virus.
Primrose offers a very comfortable place to live, as well as three meals per day, movies, crafts, card games, religious services, light housecleaning, billiards, a beauty salon, happy hours, courtesy transportation to doctor appointments and other places. Resident meetings and more (if you choose to participate). At this time of my life, it’s where I need to be.
If you are looking for friendship, support, activities, etc., I recommend you take a look. Book a tour and come see for yourself.
My mother is an independent living resident at Primrose in Kansas City, Mo. She has lived there 2 years and we are very happy with the facility! The physical accommodations are perfect. Residents are able to make it feel like their home.
However, the caring staff is what make it top-notch!! With the last year that we have been through, I can’t thank them enough.
I can’t say enough about the entire staff at Sweetwater Retirement in Billings MT. My dad has been there for 5 years. He started out as independent living and has recently moved to assisted living. They are so helpful and patient. I would recommend Sweetwater to anyone looking for Senior/Assisted Living. From the CEO, to the nurses, to the CNA’s, to the chefs, housekeeping, activities director and maintenance man. Simply the best!
My dad, George, lived at Wausau Primrose for approximately eight years. During that time, I participated in the recreation program, giving ten different presentations on national parks, nature, wildlife and the environment. After my dad passed, I’ve continued this public service and give the same presentations to senior communities in Charlotte, NC. I wanted to thank the Wausau staff for igniting my passion to give back to our seniors. I love sharing my photography and stories with people like my father. And thanks Wausau Primrose for all you did for my dad and for our family.
We moved to Independent Living section of Primrose in Jefferson City, MO about 6 weeks ago. After research and exploration, our hopes have not been disappointed. The staff and residents are friendly and helpful – and we have many new friends among the varied activities. At this time we would heartily recommend Primrose as a desirable retirement community.
I can not say enough about the great people that provide the care for all residents at Primrose in Racine Wi. My 98 year old aunt has been a resident there almost as long as it was open. She was first in the independent living area and now resides in assisted living area. I can not name all the employees but Tracie and her staff are fantastic. Lynee and her nursing staff are the most helpful and caring people you could ever ask for. Tracie the executive director goes above and beyond to keep all residents as happy as she can . KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.
My mom is at Primrose Council Bluffs. Tiffany Eggett and her staff have done an outstanding job keeping everyone alive and safe during covid. Everyone is now vaccinated! She made certain to care not only for their physical needs (ex. meals delivered to rooms when they could not go to the dining room) but also their emotional and mental needs with special activities and help to make zoom calls to family, special safe areas for visiting. If there is an award for super Executive Director, Tiffany deserves it.
My mother absolutely loves Primrose. Every time she calls me she states how much she loves her apartment and is so content being at Primrose. She is always bragging about the staff, how caring and wonderful they are. She also talks about how every meal is like eating at a gourmet restaurant. Thank you Primrose of Wausau for taking such good care of my mom and making her feel a part of your family!
The Staff of Primrose Midland:
We wanted to take the opportunity to thank the entire staff of Primrose for assisting our Mother during some difficult times over the last 2 months, but in particular the final 2 weeks. Everyone was helpful, professional, and in many cases inspiring. It is not easy meeting the needs of a hospice patience, but you all did it with eloquence and grace. We never could have done it without each of you. No request was ever too large. We saw a lot of people proactively put their personal touch on things to make mom as comfortable as possible under those trying times. There was always a smile and a gentleness to Mom or us. One day when my Mom’s mind was not clear, she called me a “moron” in front of an aide. The aide turned right around and said to me “you know that she really loves you but she just can’t say it.” You said exactly with I needed to hear. The scene turned into a good memory rather than a bad one. If it wasn’t for Covid, I would still be hugging you.
We are both engineers and have seen endless mission statements throughout our nearly 40-year careers. Frankly, many of them are not lived out in most companies. It was different at Primrose. We read your mission statement quite often and we witnessed the living out of these objectives. We could go on and on with examples opposite each objective, but the one that struck us the most was to treat each resident with compassion and dignity as if your own mother or father was being served. You all did that over and over. In April or May of this year, our mother told us that her greatest fear was that she would die alone and with no dignity (because of Covid). Well, all of you provided the care and dignity, and the senior staff worked hard to get us into the building under difficult times so Mom wouldn’t die alone.
THANK YOU for the bottom of our hearts! I hope that all of you continue to provide such service to everyone who passes through your doors. Maybe, some will forget or neglect to say thank you, but I can tell you everyone appreciates your efforts.
We would like to thank the senior staff. No question was ever too daunting. Responses were timely and your efforts to help us were appreciated. The food staff did as much as we could ask to meet the needs of her very specialized diet. The maintenance team assisted with the hospital bed and other supplies brought in from hospice.
It is nearly impossible to express our overwhelming thanks to the aides and medical staff. Outstanding!! Mom passed with no pain. Amen! When each of you gets to the “Pearly Gates” one day, Jesus will remember what each of you did for herand look you directly in the eye and say, “Well done, my good and faithful servant.” God bless all of you.
My dad could not have been any happier this Christmas thanks to Primrose Gillette, Wyo.
You treated the residents like royalty with tablecloths and a wonderful prime rib dinner! COVID has made my dad leave his apartment twice a day and it is actually a great thing. He is meeting other residents and feeling like home. Thank you for making the holidays special!
Thank you, Primrose staff in Midland, Mi. You guys go above & beyond to keep our mom safe & busy through all the restrictions of Covid. Thank you for all that you do!
There is no way to thank the staff at Primrose enough for all they do each day. My mother has loss so much of herself over the last 10 months, and this has made it difficult and very time consuming for those that help her every day. Plus, I get concerned and worried because I’m trying to understand what all is happening to her and figure out how to best be there for my mother. The staff then also takes time to help me; even if it is to help Mom answer her phone when I call. It seems always to be done so willingly. May God bless you all.
Everyone at Primrose of Midland, Michigan, thank you for all you are doing to keep my Mom safe, happy, and entertained. It has not been easy for her. Losing my dad, moving to your facility 4 weeks later, and then lockdown about 5 weeks after that. I am grateful she loves her new home, and for each of the wonderful staff. Your continued support for her, for her family, is remarkable. We know this year is not easy for anyone, and we are mindful of that. Know, remember, Primrose people you are appreciated.
Thank you to all of the hard working, dedicated, caring, and friendly staff at Primrose Midland. Thank you for keeping my parents safe during this pandemic. It is comforting to know that they are in such good care and are safe. I appreciate all that you have done during this trying and difficult year. I am so grateful also for all that you do for them. God bless you all & Merry Christmas!🎄
Thank you Midland Primrose. You are an amazing, caring team. Bless you for all your care and dedication
Thank you for your service.
On behalf of the Maulick family, I would like to express gratitude for all the hard working staff members at Primrose Appleton. The Pandemic has been difficult for my parents without family/friend visitation, so we appreciate the caregivers and staff members who care for them, spend time with them and ensure that their needs are met in Assisted Living. Thank you all so much!
We are so pleased with the measures that.have been taken at Appleton Primrose to keep us safe and secure. Our employees have gone to the extreme to be here for us. We live in one of the beautiful Villa’s and all our needs have been met. The staff is always here for us and they have been very reassuring during this difficult time.
We truly feel that you are part of each of our family. Keep up the great work
My mother has resided at Primrose of Marion, Ohio, since 2015. Even as she declines, I remain confident in her care. The nursing staff at Marion is wonderful! They always inform me of changes and treat Mom with kindness, even when she has “pushed her button” probably too many times. Three of the aides have been so outstanding that I must actually name them, Daniel Simpkins (who Mom loves like a son), Lisa Keith, and Ronest Winterbower. In the kitchen at Primrose in Marion, Sharby Holtsberry is unfailingly kind when a meal change for Mom comes at the last minute and Catherine Sawyer not only handles the changes in menu with grace, she also does a fabulous job of cleaning the carpets in Mom’s apartment. Brooke Rudd, who is Mom’s housekeeper, is also to be commended. One day when Mom was out, I mentioned that I had forgotten to ask if some spot-cleaning could be done near Mom’s lift chair. When Mom returned that very afternoon, Brooke had the spots cleaned. It is very difficult to watch a parent decline, but these blessings in the midst of Mom’s decline, are so very appreciated. Additionally, I would like to commend the Nursing Director, Courtnie Powell, and Executive Director, Bobby Folden, for their accessibility and kindness.
I applaud the caring hardworking staff at Primrose Mishawaka. During my mother’s declining months & subsequent death, she & my father were comforted & cared for safely. Since that time Dad & I have continued to receive compassionate support. They have gone above & beyond during a very trying time but they need more help so they can focus more on patient care.
Thank you Primrose of Kokomo Indiana. You all have done an excellent job of balancing “infection control” priorities while trying to allow socialization for the benefit of all residents of the facility. As my mother and step father are residents, I am sincerely thankful.
Keep up the great work.
We deeply appreciate the dedicated staff at Kokomo IN Primrose. They have gone the extra mile to make residents stay safe and help families connect. They set up remote Facetime sessions with Mom before she had the tech capability for that, and went out of their way to accommodate us with schedules. The patience and care is quite apparent and we are thankful for that.
Thank you so much to all the Gillette staff! Your compassion and care eases our minds. Wonderful people with big hearts and needed patience! Thank you from Jacks’ family!
I am so very grateful for the steps above and beyond to ensure the residents in the Gillette Primrose community are kept safe. I know it is hard not being able to always visit, drop by to have a meal, etc. but the safety and health of the residents is imperative. My heartfelt thanks to all the staff. Thanks! Keep up the good work.
God’s Blessings for each of you!
Thank you to Primrose, Jefferson City. I moved my mother here 3 years ago because of their good reputation and I haven’t been disappointed. All the staff from administration to maintenance go beyond what’s needed to make my mom feel comfortable and cared for in a different home environment than she wanted. Now she calls Primrose “home”. They also have looked out for each individuals welfare during the Covid pandemic. The residents are all doing well and seem to be as happy as possible during these strange times. Congrats to Sandy and all her staff for their wonderful care.
The entire staff at Primrose, Kokomo, have taken excellent care of my 94 year old mother during these difficult times. I couldn’t be more pleased.
I moved to Primrose the end of April–a difficult time for all the staff due to the Pandemic. With restrictions on residents ‘movements and having to meet their varying needs, I have been impressed by the staffs’ dedication, energy, friendliness, and skill in dealing with all the demands this unusual situation has created of them. I’m pleased to have been able to come here to live and appreciate all that they have done for me and all the other residents. They have been unfailingly positive and cheerful!
I love the way that Primrose of Stillwater’s team continues to offer excellent customer service with a smile. This year has been a struggle, especially for our residents. Serving with a heart and a smile makes all the difference in the world. Blessed with the Best!
Anderson, IN. I enjoyed getting up in the morning and going to work. Probably the nicest place I ever worked in health care and think of the people there everyday. I miss all of you from the bottom of my heart.
Thank you for making a difference in the lives of our senior! Keep up the good work!
To the super staff at Primrose Pueblo. I am unable to find the words to express my appreciaion for all that you do.
From the kitchen staff, housekeeping, maintenance, nursing care to the top of the Administrative staff.
My mom has been under your care for 3 plus years.
I am greatful every day for each and everh one of you.
It takes a team to make a great facility, you all make Primrose Pueblo a premier facility. Thank you so much.
Thanks for all you do to keep our Family safe and cared for. They love living at Primrose
Thank you to Primrose of Aberdeen. With all the unpredictable things in our lives these days its comforting to know we can count on our mother getting the best care that can be found. You are the best!
