Primrose Retirement Communities Welcomes New Owners to Leadership Team
Aberdeen, SD –– Primrose Retirement Communities is excited to announce the addition of four individuals to its ownership group, effective January 1, 2025. Amanda Daughters, Jessi Weldon, Ian Zens, and Dalton Cox will be joining the leadership team, bringing with them a wealth of experience and expertise.
This strategic move ensures that Primrose Retirement Communities will continue to have a strong and talented leadership group in place for years to come. All new owners have longevity with Primrose, demonstrating their dedication and commitment to the company’s mission and values.

The current partners of BJ Schaefbauer, Brian Morgan, and Mark McNeary will remain in their roles, allowing for a smooth transition as they eventually choose to retire or reduce their involvement in day-to-day operations. This succession plan allows Primrose to maintain stability and continuity within its leadership team.
