Our beautiful Primrose Villas feature nearly 1,600 square feet of living space. You will appreciate the open floor plan, the fully-equipped kitchen and the fireplace. It is designed specifically to provide spacious living areas and bedrooms, and you will love the stunning four-season room. The larger windows allow for an abundance of natural light and the unique decor accents throughout provide lots of character. Our luxury Villas also feature an oversized single stall garage. A Primrose Villa offers no-worry, maintenance-free living!
Additionally, our Villa residents are welcome to partake in all community activities, amenities, and dining and have unlimited access to a clubhouse specifically designed to be the social hub for villa residents. Daily noon meals are included with options for breakfast and evening meals also available. Our dining experience consists of restaurant-style food and menus with home-cooked recipes served fresh and delicious. You won’t be disappointed at our attention to detail!

Our Villa residents will also have access to our one-of-a-kind Villa Clubhouse, located at the heart of our Villa community.
