Support When & Where You Need It

Having Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia can be challenging—both for the individual living with the condition and loved ones who live nearby.

At Primrose, we are dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing environment for our residents, where they feel respected and receive the highest quality of care possible.

Our memory care in Washington / St. George is purposefully designed to provide for the emotional and wellness needs of people living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other memory-related conditions. We achieve this through our 4 pillars of memory care.

About Our Memory Care in Utah

Love, attachment, comfort and identity are central to your loved one’s journey through dementia. Our team at Primrose will partner with you to learn about your loved ones—past and present—and help them live each day to its fullest potential.

Our memory care program pairs safety and security with customized care. We want our residents to feel inspired and supported throughout their journey. But most importantly, we want them to feel at home with us and have access to the activities they enjoy, all while being surrounded by people they start to see more as family than care providers.

In addition to having spacious one-bedroom apartments with private showers, complete with modern amenities, our residents also have access to all the comforts of home, including laundry and housekeeping service; delicious, home-made meals; and 24/7 care with daily activities.

Each resident can also take part in cognitive and physical activities that are designed and led by our memory care life enrichment coordinators, as well as ongoing assessments to ensure they’re receiving the support they need and are thriving each and every day!
