About Our Silver Lace Memory Care in Utah

Love, attachment, comfort and identity are central to your loved one’s journey through dementia. Our team at Primrose will partner with you to learn about your loved ones—past and present—and help them live each day to its fullest potential.

Our memory care program pairs safety and security with customized care. We want our residents to feel inspired and supported throughout their journey. But most importantly, we want them to feel at home with us and have access to the activities they enjoy, all while being surrounded by people they start to see more as family than care providers.

In addition to having spacious one-bedroom apartments with private showers, complete with modern amenities, our residents also have access to all the comforts of home, including laundry and housekeeping service; delicious, home-made meals; and 24/7 care with daily activities.

Each resident can also take part in cognitive and physical activities that are designed and led by our memory care life enrichment coordinators, as well as ongoing assessments to ensure they’re receiving the support they need and are thriving each and every day!
