Residents enjoy the privacy and comfort of their own home while living near a welcoming community of peers. Villa residents also have unlimited access to a private clubhouse with a fitness center, TV lounge, and additional amenities, making it the perfect place to relax or entertain guests. Townhomes and villas are available at select Primrose communities.

Our beautiful Primrose Villas feature nearly 1,600 square feet of living space. You will appreciate the open floor plan, the fully-equipped kitchen and the gas fireplace. It is designed specifically to provide spacious living areas and bedrooms, and you will love the stunning four-season room. The larger windows allow for an abundance of natural light and the unique decor accents throughout provide lots of character. Our luxury Villas also feature an oversized single stall garage. A Primrose Villa offers no-worry, maintenance-free living!

Additionally, our Villa residents are welcome to partake in all community activities, amenities, and dining and have unlimited access to a clubhouse specifically designed to be the social hub for villa residents. Daily noon meals are included with options for breakfast and evening meals also available. Our dining experience consists of restaurant-style food and menus with home-cooked recipes served fresh and delicious. You won’t be disappointed at our attention to detail!

A Space to Gather Built Just for You
Our Villa residents will also have access to our one-of-a-kind Villa Clubhouse, located at the heart of our Villa community. The Clubhouse will include a spacious entertaining space, full fitness center, large kitchen, and indoor and outdoor seating for meals, cards, or just socializing. Whether you are looking for a place to host a family gathering and holiday meal, meet friends for cards and happy hour, or just get in your morning workout, the Villa Clubhouse has everything you need!
