DECATUR, IL—Primrose Retirement Communities, L.L.C. has named Brooke Beavers of Decatur as a recipient of their annual $1000 Education Scholarship. The announcement was made on August 17 during a virtual awards ceremony.

Beavers works as a CNA at Primrose of Decatur and is currently finishing up her prerequisites at Parkland College. She will pursue her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Millikin University in the fall.

The Primrose Education Scholarship award is given annually, and this year there were three employees chosen to receive it. The other scholarship winners were Kristen Childs from Kokomo, IN and Christy Haag from Austin, MN.
