  • It's official, our 'Operation Christmas Child' Tree that we submitted for the Festival of Trees sold for $16,000!  It will be a double blessings - the shoe boxes go to Operation Christmas Child and the $16,000 goes to Hospice!
  • Our residents and staff were very generous in filling shoe boxes!  We used 75 to build our tree for the Festival of Trees submission. The great thing is, the tree sold for $16,000 which goes to Hospice & Lifeline here in Gillette, and the 75 boxes got shipped to Samaritan Purse for Operation Christmas Child!

  • We had a great Veteran's Day Celebration, thank you Representative Eric Barlow, Girl Scout Troop 1643, John Kirk, the American Legion Honor Guard, and a big shout out to our 11 veterans here at Primrose of Gillette!
  • We are thankful to the Loose Threads Quilting Group who made 'Quilts of Valor' for all our veterans.  Mariana was able to surprise her hubby Jack with one this year!
  • Neal was another proud Primrose veteran who received a 'Quilt of Valor' from Loose Threads.
  • Ruby won 1st place for her Halloween costume - she came as a homeless lady, shopping cart and all!

  • Finished off our celebration of National Assisted Living week with a Photography Scavenger hunt - we loved using the instant cameras and worked in teams.  Everyone was so creative!
  • As we continue celebrating National Assisted Living Week, Virginia shined with her 'Spark of Creativity' as we welcomed Hands On Pottery during Happy Hour!

  • We kicked off National Assisted Living Week with a great Wellness Clinic. Using the theme 'A Spark of Creativity' AVA Community Art Center came and taught us how to make Mandalas...which was totally therapeutic!

  • What a wonderful Wellness Clinic! Gillette's Momentum Therapy came to inform our residents on balance. They had so much fun practicing a few exercises after her presentation!
  • A local candidate came to visit and even brought ice cream! He answered questions and talked about what the job entails to keep our residents informed on the current election. So much fun and a delicious treat!
  • Babe and Kathie sure are fun at a museum! They are the life of the party everywhere we go!

  • Karen receiving her Pioneer Recognition blanket. Campbell County recognizes Pioneers at the county fair each year, and this year we were so proud to support one of our very own!
  • What a wonderful group to enjoy a Saturday at the County Fair! We made memories and even got to know each other better.
  • Our lovely ladies had a fantastic day at the beautiful trip to Devil's Tower on July 24th
  • We rested in the shade and discussed the history and legends of Devil's Tower. What a blast learning from these women!
  • After our trip through the Jim Gatchell Memorial Museum, we decided to have a late lunch at the Bozeman steakhouse. They were a great bunch to spend the day with in Buffalo, WY!
  • Our favorite 'Do It All' man loves making the residents feel young! Dancing on Friday during Happy Hour with the wonderful Miss Joy!
  • With hard work and a lot of smiles, our team came together to make the June 21st a great event for our Primrose family.
  • A little craft for giving is never a bad idea. Our group helped paint donated pots for the boys and girls club in town.
  • A Lady's Brunch with moms, sisters, aunts, and friends.. We all had a wonderful time setting up and watching the ladies enjoy being appreciated.
  • 'We had them covered top and bottom!' Richard recalls Bill was Air Force and he was Navy during the war.
