Primrose Retirement Community of Wausau, Wisconsin is nestled on a beautifully landscaped section of Townline Road in the county seat of Marathon County.
The main building consists of 36 independent living apartment homes and 32 assisted-living apartment homes with an enclosed connected parking garage.
The apartments available are a mix of one and two bedroom units. Also on site you will find 3 private Villa duplex’s detached from the main building. Our Tenant’s enjoy an array of public areas including a wellness center, pub, billiards hall, chapel, movie theater, 1950’s style ice cream parlor, beauty salon, massage therapy room, computer lounge, and outdoor gazebo. We are conveniently located between East Hill and Greenwood Hills Country Club.
All 68 main building Primrose units are Certified through the State of Wisconsin as a Residential Care Apartment Complex (R.C.A.C). We are able to provide 28 hours of care per week to any of the Tenants residing in the main building. Primrose has a full-time Registered Nurse who oversees the needs of our Tenants. A qualified staff of Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants are on site to assure the best possible care and safety. Primrose is centrally located between Aspirus and Saint Clare Hospitals.
